FREE TOOL · NO SIGNUP · NO UPLOAD
Drop in any bank or credit-card statement. We extract every transaction, check it against the statement's own math, and hand you a clean CSV or .QBO file — right here in your browser. No account. No email. Your file never leaves your device.
PRIVACY
Most "free" converters make you upload your statement to someone's server and hope for the best. This one works the other way around: our code comes to your browser, your file never goes anywhere.
Your PDF is read and converted by code running inside your own browser tab. The statement file is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone — there is nothing on our side to breach.
There's nothing to sign up for and no email to hand over, so your statement can't be linked to you even in principle. Anonymous by architecture, not by promise.
Scanned or image PDFs are refused outright instead of guessed at. Rows are never invented. And nothing exports until the statement's own math ties out — opening + in − out = closing — or you explicitly accept the difference.
HOW IT WORKS
Any bank or credit-card statement, downloaded as a digital PDF from your bank. Pick bank or card above and drop it in.
Every transaction is listed with its date, description, and direction. Anything uncertain is flagged so you can check it; delete any row that doesn't belong.
Download a clean CSV for Excel or Sheets, or a .QBO Web Connect file that imports straight into QuickBooks Online via Banking > Upload from file. No watermark, no row limits.
That's exactly why this converter exists. QuickBooks bank feeds drop connections, miss transactions, and leave you retyping statements by hand. Convert the statement here for free — and if you want the feed itself categorized automatically next time, that's what CoController AI does inside QuickBooks.
The AI coworker for the US month-end close. The converter above stays free either way.
FAQ
Yes. No signup, no trial clock, no email capture, no watermark on your exports, no row limits. It's a free tool we keep up because it solves a real problem — and because some people who use it go on to try CoController AI.
Your PDF never leaves your device. It's parsed entirely by code running in your browser tab — never uploaded to our servers, never stored, never tied to an account (there is no account). After this page loads, converting a statement makes zero network requests; you can confirm that in your browser's network tab.
Any US bank or credit-card statement downloaded as a digital (text) PDF. Bank layouts vary, so recognition isn't universal — if your layout isn't recognized you'll get an honest empty result, never invented rows.
Those have no text layer to read, so they're detected and refused outright rather than guessed at. Download the digital PDF from your bank instead.
CSV — opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports anywhere — and .QBO (Web Connect), which imports directly into QuickBooks Online through Banking > Upload from file. For .QBO you'll enter the bank's routing-style Bank ID and your account number, which go only into the file itself.
Every conversion is verified against the statement's own math: opening balance + money in − money out must equal the closing balance. If it doesn't tie out, exports stay locked until you review the rows and explicitly accept the difference.
No. The CSV works in any spreadsheet or accounting tool. The .QBO file is specifically for importing into QuickBooks Online.
Drop the PDF, get clean transactions, get on with your close. Free, private, and honest about what it can't do.
